Grading bucket with good user-friendliness that fits all frontloaders
This bucket works best when e.g. adjusting, levelling, loading and unloading small and large areas and materials. Sand, soil or other fill are common materials to work with when ground levelling.
In general, the design is wider, has a lower back and is slightly longer than other buckets. This is ideal for levelling work.
With the help of the width, you can produce a neat and even surface over a larger area directly. Thanks to the low rear plate, which we call the back, the operator has an optimum overview from the cab, with a total height of 513 mm.
Thanks to the increased length, you also have a good overview from the operator’s cab of where the bucket’s blade is cutting. This means you have full control and precision over your levelling work, with hard or loose materials.
The underside of the grading bucket is equipped with wear ribs from the back to the front made of steel, which produces a strong structure and benefits during levelling work, as the ribs fill unevenness. The bucket also has reinforcements on the back as ends.
The ends are slightly rounded to optimise loading of loose materials. The back itself is angled at 10°, as levelling work and adjustments are also made by reversing and thereby levelling out unevenness using the straight rear blade.
High-Quality Steel: Typically made from high-strength steel to withstand harsh working conditions and heavy loads.
Reinforced Structure: Reinforced with additional wear plates and ribs to enhance durability and prevent deformation.
General-Purpose Buckets: Suitable for a variety of tasks like digging and loading.
Heavy-Duty Buckets: Designed for tougher tasks involving abrasive materials and heavy loads.
Rock Buckets: Built with extra reinforcement and larger teeth for breaking and handling rocks.
Trenching Buckets: Narrower design for digging trenches and precise work.
Skeleton Buckets: Designed with gaps for sifting through materials, leaving behind finer particles.
Serrated Edges: Provide better cutting efficiency and improved material penetration.
Bolt-On Cutting Edges: Allow for easy replacement, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Various Capacities: Available in different capacities to suit specific job requirements, from small-scale projects to large industrial tasks.
Customizable Sizes: Can be customized to match the size and specifications of the excavator for optimal performance.
Excavator buckets are essential tools in construction, mining, agriculture, and other industries, providing versatility and efficiency in various tasks.
Scenario: A construction site requires excavation for building foundations.
Action: Use a general-purpose or heavy-duty bucket to dig trenches and foundations, clear debris, and move materials.
Benefit: Efficiently prepares the site for construction, speeding up project timelines.
Scenario: A mining operation needs to extract and transport ore.
Action: Employ rock buckets with reinforced teeth and cutting edges to break through hard rock and scoop up materials.
Benefit: Enhances productivity and reduces equipment wear and tear in demanding mining environments.
Scenario: A landscaping project involves creating gardens and reshaping the terrain.
Action: Use trenching buckets for precise digging of irrigation channels and skeleton buckets for sifting through soil.
Benefit: Enables accurate and efficient soil manipulation, essential for landscaping and agricultural tasks.
Scenario: Road maintenance work requires ditch cleaning and grading.
Action: Utilize ditch cleaning buckets to remove debris from ditches and tilting buckets for precise grading.
Benefit: Maintains proper drainage and road conditions, enhancing safety and longevity.
Scenario: Moving bulk materials like sand, gravel, and soil within a site.
Action: Use general-purpose buckets to load and transport materials efficiently.
Benefit: Streamlines material handling processes, reducing time and labor costs.
